Financial records, legal documents, correspondence, and other materials of Walter Moses, a Chicago lawyer. Materials mostly pertain to Moses' clients Mollie Netcher Newbury and Alec Templeton. Newbury's documents relate to the Boston Store of Chicago and the Netcher Building Corporation, and include tax documents, financial records, property leases and other materials (boxes 1-5). A portion of the real estate documents relate to the construction of Chicago's elevated train and subway system. In addition are materials regarding Alec Templeton, a concert pianist, such as correspondence, legal documents, financial information, and other documents regarding the division of his assets on the event of his death (box 6).
